In the event of rescheduling or cancellation, the following fees apply:
- If rescheduling or cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event start date, a fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged
- Rescheduling more than 7 days before the event start date will incur an admin fee of R450.00 (excl. VAT)
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the event start date will incur a 20% fee of the total booking cost
